Hibiscus flowers, gives this cake it's personality,  simmered down for hours followed by a pureing process we mix in fresh berry to make a rich hibiscus cauli we soak sponge cake in hibiscus juice and layer it with chantilly cream with a drop of our hibiscus berry sauce.
